Bookings & Payments
All activities and events require advance booking. A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation, with the remaining balance payable before the activity begins. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within the specified period may attract a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations. In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances, activities may be rescheduled rather than refunded.
Safety & Responsibility
Participants are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by guides or staff. Proper outdoor clothing and suitable footwear must be worn at all times. Participation in activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We are also not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur beyond our reasonable control during activities or events.
Children
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the duration of the activity or event.
Environmental Care
Visitors are expected to respect the natural environment by keeping the area clean and avoiding any actions that may harm wildlife or natural resources. Littering, vandalism, or environmental damage is strictly prohibited.
